Richard co-founded medtech company Proteomics International Laboratories (ASX: PIQ) and led it as Managing Director for 25 years, establishing it as a recognised global leader in precision diagnostics before stepping down in early 2026. He has over 30 years’ experience in the biotechnology sector, with a background in research, development and product commercialisation, and enjoys a strong network across Australia, Europe and South-East Asia.

Richard holds multiple patents and is well published in peer-reviewed journals. He studied at Oxford and London Universities before moving to Perth in 1995. In 2001 Richard co-founded Proteomics International, taking it through its listing in 2015 to a market cap exceeding $100 million when he stepped down.

Richard has extensive experience of capital markets and has been directly involved in raising over $50 million for commercial and academic entities. He is now an active investor, backing early-stage companies and the novel technologies that underpin them.

Jacqueline’s experience spans global corporations, ASX-listed companies, private equity-backed businesses and founder-led organisations, from early-stage ventures to mature enterprises. A former CFO of ASX-listed companies, she has more than 25 years’ experience working with boards, CEOs, investors and management teams through strategic growth, transformation, capital raisings, acquisitions and restructures.

Her expertise encompasses strategy, governance, capital markets, investor relations, risk oversight and M&A. A Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Jacqueline brings commercial insight, independent judgement and disciplined execution to complex and high-stakes situations. She helps founders, boards and executive teams strengthen governance, make better decisions and create sustainable enterprise value.

Jacqueline also serves as Chair of Communicare and White Ribbon Australia, organisations dedicated to the prevention of family and domestic violence.

Pearl is a commercialisation and operations leader with more than 10 years’ experience taking scientific innovation from concept to commercial launch across Australian and US markets. At ASX-listed Proteomics International, she progressed from managing an individual product to executive responsibility for the company’s global portfolio, with budget accountability across the business. She combines strategic judgement with disciplined project management, coordinating complex, cross-functional programs across product development, regulatory approval, reimbursement, manufacturing, supply chain and market access.

A scientist by training, Pearl specialises in translating complex technologies into commercially viable products and practical market-entry strategies. She built a US operating footprint from a standing start, achieved CLIA/CAP laboratory accreditation, secured a proprietary laboratory analysis (PLA) reimbursement code, led the Australian laboratory through national accreditation, and established manufacturing and supply chain across three regions. Pearl has also delivered technology transfer to international licensing and distribution partners, supported listed-company reporting and investor relations, and is a co-inventor on patented technology granted across multiple jurisdictions.
